REFUND POLICY
At Pulse Fitness Hub, we are committed to providing an excellent fitness experience for all our members. If you are not satisfied with your membership, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund on your first payment. After the first 30 days, membership fees are non-refundable but may be suspended for up to 30 days if you are temporarily unable to attend due to medical reasons. Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing, and we require 15 days' notice before your next payment cycle.
